planner permissions

is it possible to profile the members belonging to a group so that they can act only on some of the contents of the plan present in Planner? ex: delete activities - at the moment it seems to me that everyone can delete an activity; would not it be possible to limit this functionality to the owner alone? also because the eliminated activities are not recoverable. thank you
