I use planners across several channels in MS Teams. As a PM for many of the subject that we have tasks, I often assign tasks to my teams on different projects.

While I can see my tasks across all planners, I wonder if there is a way to achieve:

1. overall status of all tasks across all planners. e.g total open across projects

2. open tasks for certain individual (individual view) instead of having to drill to each task list?

thank you

This is easily possible with the help of third-party apps. You can create your own reporting dashboard in Bi across all your plans.
