There should be a PIN-option for the tasks/buckets så you can place a certain task/-tasks in a bucket on top of the task-list in a bucket. This way you can easy see the most important taskt och instruktions for a certain bucket etc.
This is very much needed to make organizing tasks easier. Please, Microsoft, evaluate if this feature can be added soon. I have to spend too much time rearranging tasks that could be made more efficient with a couple of tweeks to the interface.
