    Hi PLHebert,

There are two ways to change the date format in the Excel Planner export tool:

    1. Change the date format in Power Query:

    2. Open the Excel file containing the Planner export data.

    3. Click on the Data tab.

    4. In the Get & Transform Data group, click on From Table/Range.

    5. Select the range of cells containing the Planner export data and click OK.

    6. The Power Query Editor will open.

    7. In the Power Query Editor, click on the column header for the date column.

    8. In the Transform tab, in the Data Type group, click on Change Type.

    9. In the Change Type dialog box, select Date from the Data Type drop-down list.

    10. Click OK.

    11. In the Power Query Editor, click on Close & Load.

This will change the date format in the Excel file to the date format that is specified in the Power Query Editor.

    1. Change the date format in Excel:

    2. Open the Excel file containing the Planner export data.

    3. Select the range of cells containing the date column.

    4. Press Ctrl + 1.

    5. In the Format Cells dialog box, click on the Number tab.

    6. In the Category list, select Date.

    7. In the Type list, select the desired date format.

    8. Click OK.

This will change the date format in the selected cells to the desired date format.
