Maximum task assignation
would it be possible that when a task is completed, the assignments are deleted from the task to avoid the user having to remove their assignments in order not to reach the maximum of 3000 tasks as...
ygagne Because user tasks span multiple plans, it is difficult for administrators to sort this manually. It must be done by users themselves, or administrators can use third-party apps to retrieve a list of all completed tasks for a user across all plans in the organization and unassign them with a single click.
- Just ran into this issue last few weeks and defintely getting our IT looking into how to "unassign completed tasks" from persons so more people don't have this same issue. Seems pretty ridiculous to have this issue at all. Make no sense to "delete" tasks - if we want to have any history in plans. To keep moving forward while solution being looked into - I found it's a bit faster to use the "Grid View" in the "Assigned to me" and filter by Progress - Completed. Still a slow and burdensome process but allows for me to be assigned more tasks now!
