Looking for guidance on Planner + Teams

Hi all,

 

We are using a Team to manage a number of upcoming projects.  Each project is related to each other and hence we are going to create a channel per project.

 

When it comes to using Planner, would you suggest 1 plan (linked to from the General channel) that manages all projects (via buckets) or would you advise creating a plan per channel?

 

Keen to try and keep things simple but would like to have a high-level indication of how all projects are going.

It all depends on how detailed plan you need for each project! Using only one for all I’d suggest using buckets for each one! That way you can filter per bucket etc!

Otherwise have one plan per project and maybe do a overview planner in the general channel that someone has responsibility to update or maybe use some kind of flow to update automatically
