Integrate help desk tickets into planner

Hello.

Is there a way a person could submit a task request to me, like a help desk ticket, and it automatically creates a task in my planner or plan? For example, a person needing my help could go to my share point page and fill out something and it automatically creates a task in my plan..

@k_chill You can achieve this easily with the help of Forms. When a user submits a form, a Planner task is created. Let me know if this helps you.
