Giving someone delegate access to MS Planner

Hello, Wise Ones!

My CEO would like me to have delegate access to his MS Planner (to add and edit his list). I am his Executive Assistant. 

Can this be done? I've searched everywhere (and on this site) and can't find a definitive answer to this.
