Creating a new plan without assigning to Group

Hi I want to create a personal Plan on Planner and I dont want it assigned to Group. How do I do it?

Yes, it's possible but no through the Planner User Interface. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/planner/access-planner-roster

@Juan Carlos González Martín I don't understand the Microsoft info about rosters, or how it relates to roster plans/lightweight plans. In my organisation, only our IT admins can create a new team or M365 group. This means that most of our staff can't create a new Plan unless it's based on their existing team. When I read about lightweight teams, I thought it would be the ideal solution - it would allow staff to  define a simple team for a plan. But I can't make head nor tail of whether this feature is enabled or disabled by default. I'm not a Powershell user or a techie - my focus is on M365 user adoption/engagement. Can anybody explain in simple terms how (if) an end-user can create a lightweight plan?
