Can you disable planner on a 365 group

Is there a way to disable planner on a 365 group - just for one group, maybe some powershell so it doesn't show up in a list to be used ?

    Hi GaryS123,

disabling Microsoft Planner for a specific Office 365 group is not directly supported, but there are some potential workarounds to achieve this:

    1. Manage Planner Licenses:
Use Office 365 PowerShell to control which users have Planner licenses.
By removing a user's Planner license, you can limit their access through the Planner tile. However, be aware that users without licenses can still interact with Planner using the direct Planner URL.

    2. Control Group Creation:
Since each plan in Planner automatically forms a Microsoft 365 group, controlling who can create plans involves managing the creation of Microsoft 365 Groups. Admins can regulate this by using Azure AD PowerShell.
