- Turn pilots into scaled commitments with FY27 promotions: FY27 Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot promotions are now live, giving Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners more ways to accelerate deals, expand seat counts, and secure longer-term AI commitments. With Microsoft 365 Copilot offers, refreshed Microsoft 365 Copilot Business promotions, and extended Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 promotions, you can match the right offer to the right customer at each stage of the customer journey. each stage of the customer journey.
- Copilot in 30 is now available in CSP New Commerce through December 31, 2026: This gives CSP partners a simple, repeatable way to introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot Business to customers with fewer than 300 employees. The offer combines a 25-user, 30-day trial with guided resources that help customers identify priority users, explore relevant use cases, and evaluate potential value before broader deployment. A new success planner tool going live the week of August 17 will also provide industry-specific prompts and scenarios to help customers experience Copilot in the flow of their daily work and capture meaningful feedback throughout the trial. - Microsoft is expanding Microsoft Intune Remote Help availability: Microsoft will be introducing a nonprofit offer for CSP/partner-led purchasing, enabling nonprofit organizations to purchase Remote Help through their Microsoft partners. Nonprofit organizations that purchase Microsoft solutions through CSP partners can now acquire Intune Remote Help through the same procurement channel they already use, while receiving nonprofit pricing.
- GitHub Copilot harness is now generally available in Microsoft Copilot Studio: The GitHub Copilot harness became generally available in Microsoft Copilot Studio on August 3. This gives developers an additional orchestration option for building agents and workflows that require more advanced reasoning, planning, coding-intensive work, and agentic execution. Existing Copilot Studio agents and deployments will continue to function as they do today, and developers can continue to create and manage agents using the Standard and Copilot Chat harness. - Manage agents across multiple tenants with ease in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: As organizations scale their use of agents, managing them consistently across multiple customer or subsidiary tenants is becoming increasingly important. Now in public preview, multi-tenant agent management in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center empowers administrators to view and manage agents across the tenants they govern from a single experience. Administrators can view a consolidated agent inventory, add agents, install or block agents across eligible tenants, review tenant-specific risk and activity insights, and use the tenant switcher to move directly into a governed tenant without signing out or maintaining separate administrator accounts.
