Microsoft Action Pack to Partner Success Core
Hi all
I've just renew my action pack and discevered too late the success core..is it possible to change subscription from Action pack to Success core?
If I delete the action pack can I be refund? And whats appen to azure resources associated to maps?

Can you purchase Success Core?
Success Core is available in major markets as of January 22, 2024. By the end of March 2024, these partner benefits packages will be expanded to most other geographies.
Here are the prerequisites for purchasing - Partner Success Core Benefits - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
Therefore, when your Admin proceeds to purchase Partner Success Core Benefits, they'll need to click on "Buy now". If Buy Now is disabled, you can check the link learn why "Buy/Renew" is disabled as it may not be available in your geo, or because of the following: Troubleshoot membership purchase - "Buy now" or "Renew" button is disabled - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
Cancellations:
- If you want to cancel your purchase, then you need to raise a support ticket.
- Cancelling your purchase is only allowed within 30 days of renewal provided you haven't redeemed any benefits provided as part of this membership & no product keys were viewed. To learn more, see Refund for a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefit.
If I delete the action pack can I be refund? see above
And whats appen to azure resources associated to maps? You can renew the membership after end of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This date is called Anniversary date (AD). Your renewal window opens for 30 days from AD to AD+30 days. You'll be allowed to renew within these 30 days.
