I was renewing my Microsoft Action Pack; However, I've ended up with Partner Launch!

I was renewing my Microsoft Action Pack by clicking on the renew button, which I've been doing for a couple of years. This time, it seems that during the process, Microsoft introduced the Partner Launch, which was tricky because I was sure I clicked on the renew button under Microsoft Action Pack. This led me to subscribe to the Partner Launch instead.

After contacting Microsoft Support, they said that I can't switch my subscription or get a refund since I've already redeemed a benefit. If that happened on purpose, I understand. But as a lifelong loyal Microsoft customer and partner, I can't stand the idea that I was tricked (in one way or another).
