Action pack Azure credits added to new subscription
Hi all - as the title says.
Renewed my action pack (realise it will be the last time im able to do this) - and it automatically created a new subscription in my existing tenant and allocated the monthly credit to said subscription.
I contacted support - and have been getting the run around for approx 3 weeks - chasing down details etc that have no relevance to the question at hand. Its pretty clear that they wont be helping anytime soon.
In the past ive always been able to allocate the monthly credit to this subscription.... but apparently not anymore.
Does anyone know if i can move the credits over to the existing subscription (and if so, how)? or do i need to move the resource groups to the new subscription ?
- Don't think you can still move the credits to the other Azure subscription. That is now fixed on the new subscription. Maybe support can still help in removing the new subscription and enabling the credit again for you to re-activate. But otherwise you'll need to move the resources.

- HayesJupeCopper ContributorHey Martjin - yer, thats what i suspected, but just wanted to get it confirmed... was thinking/hoping that MS support would have been able to give that answer fairly quickly... and ofcourse i held out a faint hope that they would be able to move the credits.
I moved the resources i could and moved back to on-prem/deleted those that i couldn't move....
Very disappointed - and wont be bothering to move the resources back into Azure just so i can go this this each year.- JillArmourMicrosoftCommunity Manager
HayesJupe my contact finally returned to the office and they said they think the credits are stuck where they are, but support may be able to move them.
Not sure if that is helpful or not, but that is what my most knowledgeable contact shared.

HayesJupe I'm going to try and find some resources around this for you, but in the meantime, I am tagging superusers in case they have come across this before.
