Unusual activity detected

I constantly get a login window under Outlook 2016 and despite having the correct password it does not work. Logging in on the web or in the iOS app, on the other hand, works. Also a new Outlook profile is not the solution because there also the password is not taken.
When I log in on the web and call up security, I get the following message: "Unusual activity detected". The access coincides with mine but I'm located in Berlin but it is displayed that it comes from Seattle (USA) and has the IP 13.101.252.213.

I have 2 other accounts with Microsoft and the access is fine. Anyone have an idea what this could be?

    I just solved my problem by using two-step authenication and an App Password. Don't know why this is required suddently.

      I have now tried it on a new computer with fresh profile and virus scanner turned off. While I can log on to my @Outlook.com or emrahkutlu.com mailbox via the web interface without any problems, I still can't access my mailbox in Outlook 2016. But if I want to include my Outlook.com mailbox in Outlook, it works.
      All mailboxes have a 16 digit password with numbers, letters and special characters.

      In the web portal I can recognize again that allegedly an "Unusual activity(USA)" should have been.

      When I try to integrate the mailbox via IMAP, the mail retrieval works during the test but the SMTP fails so that the integration of the mailbox in Outlook does not work.
      It is still displayed that the access is from America although I live in Berlin and also the access in the web portal from Berlin is displayed.

       


      I have no logical explanation why these two mailboxes can not be included.

        The access to the mailbox via the app is displayed from Berlin and the access to my Outlook.com mailbox from Outlook 2016 is also registered from Berlin.
