Unable to reset password for outlook

HI

I created my outlook account earlier this week. When I tried to log in the next day, it kept saying my password was wrong. When I tried to reset my password, it took me to the Password rest form. I have no details to fill as I have barely used the account. The evaluation post submitting the form mentions that there is not enough information to verify and prompts me back to the rest form.

I have been trying to fix this for the last 3 days and going around in loops.

How can I reset my outlook password please?
