To Do Task Bar/Flagged Emails

Hi All, I am set up on Outlook with my personal account as well as the company-shared account.

I had my flagged settings set up to show me the emails which only I flag up in the company inbox - it would show up on my to-do taskbar. However, the settings have now reset and I am unable to see any emails which I flag in the company inbox within my taskbar.

Could someone please help me out with this and advise what settings I need to change/set up in order to view all emails which only I flag up within my personal inbox as well as within the company inbox on my taskbar?
