The name of attached file can not display correct font especially in Chinese

Hi all,

I'm  using Home and Bussiness version 2021 runs on Windows 11 Pro, sometime I can not receive the file name of attached file correctly when the file name in Chinese fonts but no issue with contains inside but another PCs received that file are ok, they are using Windows 7 and 10.

Anyone can help me fix it?
