Suggested Meetings Add In not functioning

Does the Suggested Meeting add-in work for anyone?

 

In my O365 Outlook settings page, I  have enabled the Suggested Meeting add-in but it does not do anything when an email arrives with a time and date. The Action Items add-in does work as expected.

 

The instructions at https://support.office.com/en-US/article/Using-Add-ins-in-Outlook-on-the-web-8f2ce816-5df4-44a5-958c... describe what should be happening, but nothing does. How can I get this working?
