SHORTCUTS

I'VE CREATED A FEW GROUPS AS THESE ARE THE PEOPLE I EMAIL THE MOST. I THOUGHT OUTLOOK WOULD BRING THESE GROUPS UP WHEN I CLICK THE "TO:" LINE BUT INSTEAD IT JUST GIVES ME RANDOM EMAIL ADDRESSES. IS THERE ANY WAY TO SET UP OUTLOOK SO THAT THE GROUPS I EMAIL THE MOST POP UP FIRST INSTEAD OF THESE SEEMINGLY RANDOM EMAIL ADRESSES?

    ROSENDO806 Happy Workday to you.
    Distribution "Groups" are reserved for MS Teams Groups.
    You should create a "Contact list" group, and then you can send messages to people within the Contact List group.

     

    Give the contact list a name, then add email addresses.

     

    Results: I have three email addresses in the Family Contact list.
