It is possible to integrate Microsoft Outlook into Microsoft Sharepoint, which will help you access the user's emails/calendar/contacts/tasks within the Sharepoint site?
Possibly something like the one below.
Below is my current subscription, and it seems like my subscription does not include Microsoft Outlook. It is I need to upgrade the plan so at least I can pin the Outlook web app in the global navigation bar there, which I can simply be clicking on it and access my Outlook account.
