Restore auto-correct emojis

Somehow auto-correct emojis have vanished.  All the settings appear OK and auto-correct feature itself is turned on.  🙂 for example stays :).  It used to automatically update to the little smiley face.

 

And I'm hoping 1 fix will take care of both Outlook & Word at same time.  Any thoughts how to reset this feature back to default?  Thanks!

    Vol4Ever I have the same issue. It was just in outlook, but has now extended to teams as well.
