"You Do Not Have Permissions" adding shared calendar on single Mac

Currently using Outlook 16.51.21060601.  When adding a shared Calendar (no login needed) the spinning wheel for "Checking Permissions" comes up.  Then I get a popup saying "

Outlook was redirected to the server owa.copmpany.com to get new settings for your account calendar@company.com.  Do you want to allow this server to configure your settings?"  I click allow, and then get an error that I do not have permissions on this folder.  I do not get this error on a different Mac with the same user account with the same outlook version, nor do I have the issue on my PC.  Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?
