Quick steps Outlook

Hi, 

how to expand Quick Steps View in Outlook 365 ? 

I have roughly 30 steps, so I can not see them on the ribbon.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. What you could do is customize the ribbon bar and add custom Quick Steps.

Go to File > Options > Customize ribbon and add new tab.

I know this is not ideal, but it is something.
