Profile Image on Outlook

I've got an account on Outlook.



I've got a private email from Hostinger which is email address removed for privacy reasons

But it won't allow me to add my primary account company logo profile avatar to the left of my email address in Outlook on the Hostinger email.



Obviously you can make it show my company logo profile avatar for hosted email accounts?

How do you do this?
