Possible to automatically send received emails to an excel sheet?

I've been searching for an answer to this question and have found nothing, so before I give up I figured Id give this a shot. I want to extract certain info from a received email in outlook and auto populate an excel sheet with that info.

Not natively. You have to create a VBA script or add-in for Outlook to do that.

I figured that would be the path but it doesn't seem like that's possible either @Victor Ivanidze
