Outlook with business emails

I have been experiencing this problem, and  one day a friend of mine said the same thing, outlook is so good and easy to register it's emails  Microsoft emails, but when it comes to business email it's a hustle..all other programs you ll just have to write email and password and it will pull down the settings and emails..but outlook...it will try to act dumb so that you can fill in every detail and still give you hustles in the way...actually you need to be a bit techy to set up your company email account on outlook...why is this like that...
