Outlook template with Auto Update Date Field + 21 days

Hi all

I have an Email template that I want an Auto Update field that automatically adds 21 days onto days date how can I do this? I tried the Formula =DATE()+21 and =TODAY()+21 but both come back as a Syntax error

any suggestions?
