Outlook showing mailbox which does not have a valid account

Hi , 

   I am trying to figure out how a mailbox was configured in outlook when its not configured in outlook

'account settings' 

Assume associated with with an existing mailbox but trying to figure out  how it was added . 

Is there a way to setup a virtual mailbox ... 

I have checked the  users azzure and account does not exist ..
