I'm the IT for my company and we are currently having an issue with the Outlook Calendar Meetings are being delayed from being accepted automatically in our schedule. A user had set up a meeting and normally it should be automatically be booked within our schedules showing that room is booked for a meeting. But instead it will take a couple of days before it accepts and automatically registers in the calendar. Is there a way that this can be fixed?
