Outlook repeated requests for passwords

Although the help page states that this problem was "fixed" with February 2 2021 updates, it was NOT fixed.  The prior work-around posted in November worked in November; but the same workaround no longer applies.  When the Windows Powershell (Admin) is chosen and the command entered, it kicks back the same two "HPCustParticipation Officejet 5200 series" message, but that message can not be found in the task scheduler (which was the next step in the work around).  The password problem stopped after the November work around but started again with the download of updates on March 12.
