We have terminal server running with about 10 users connecting. Recently, some users started getting the error "the set of folders cannot be opened".
None of the suggested fixes I've seen work effectively - e.g. I've tried to rebuild the outlook profile for an affected user but it can't connect to exchange to create the profile.
The only thing that fixes it is rebooting the server.
The strange thing is it only affects one user at a time and the reboot always works.
Obviously this is not a workable solution as it happens every couple of weeks.
Anyone got any ideas?
