Outlook Online randomly refreshes

I've been using Outlook Online instead of the client app for about a year now. It's been great and I really like it's functionality. I'm wanting to introduce it to my users, but for the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing random refreshes where I'm in the middle of writing an email or setting up a meeting and the browser tab refreshes, takes me back to my inbox and sometimes I've lost the whole email. Twice there was a draft of the email in Drafts but it wasn't the latest version so I essentially had to start over. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been having the same problem. It started after the last update. Totally annoying. So far, I haven't found a solution. @Matt Whitehorn
