Outlook not working

After the latest office update outlook won’t work. I get a choose profile box, followed by outlook cannot log on etc, system resources are critically low, cannot start Microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of orders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
