Hi everyone, we are using office 365. when I try to copy an outlook email and paste in new email as an attachment that causing the outlook to freeze(outlook not responding) for sometime but eventually after some time the email has been attached as an attachment. This issues has been recently started to our users.
I have performed below troubleshooting steps but that doesn't fix the issue.
>running safe mode
>removing the add in's
>full repairing Microsoft 365 apps and updating
>recreating the outlook profile by going into control panel>mail
>changing cut,copy and paste in editor options to text only
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
