"Create meeting request from this message" creates new conversation in Outlook Mac 16.38 (and past versions also, so far I recall), whereas meeting request created from mail in Outlook Windows or Outlook Web shows the meeting request in same conversation.
After a bit of digging through "View Source" and comparison, I see the header "In-Reply-To" and/or "References" is not present in the meeting request created in Outlook Mac, which I think is the reason for such behavior.
Hoping to have this fixed in some version...
