For the Outlook iOS app, I have a number of sub folders with which have rule sets for organizing my emails into them. My issue is that any email that is directed to one of these sub folders does not prompt a notification from the app. I do not get a normal alert in Notification Center, nor do I get a numbered badge on the app icon.
I have already gone into notification settings and enabled “Focused and Other Inboxes”, however that hasn’t changed a thing.
