Outlook for Mac won't search emails
Search function for emails returns no results anywhere. Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 Outlook for Mac 2019--not using "New Outlook" both up to date.
I have the exact same problem using
Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 (a)
Office for Mac not using "New Outlook" v 17.72.3
any advice is welcome and needed to solve this disappointing issue

- Get a microsoft support (real) person on the phone and they will walk you through the fix, Too many steps for me to remember. But it worked. Need to have your Office for Mac registered with Microsoft for them to do.
