I am running new version of Outlook for Mac version 16.80 on my Mac with MacOS Monterey. Over the last few months one of my email accounts, my personal one, which is a BT Internet one has stopped syncing with the same email address I have installed on my iPhone and iPad. If I file emails or delete them on my Mac, they stay in the inbox on other devices. If I delete or file on my phone, they do move from the inbox on my Mac. I have a government email address and also an NHS address, neither of which are affected. This is becoming very frustrating. I have tried deleting the account on all devices and started again but the problem remains. I would be really grateful for some advice.
The other issue I forgot to mention is that there can sometimes be significant delays in receiving email to Outlook for Mac even though emails have been received on my iPhone. Presume the issues are linked.
