Outlook for Mac keeps crashing

Outlook keeps crashing on start up and i see the following error message in the system log

Reinstallation didn't help either ( deleted profile , temp files and followed the clean installation process yet no luck)

 

Looking for expert's suggestion here !

    for the past week my outlook app for macOS has crashed at startup.  This morning I did a complete reinstall from Microsoft 365. No help.  Dont know what to do *yet)

     

    Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)

    Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

    Termination Reason: DYLD, [0x4] Symbol missing
