Outlook failing to run on on Samsung Galaxy A13

Quick update. After MS closed my numerous tickets thue asked to log the fault via the app, luckily I was able to do this my personal non Samsung handset. However, they have asked the following to be run on one the a13s. I can't do this today. Not sure if anyone has access to an A13?

Hello John! Thanks for reaching out. I'm so sorry to hear that, but don't worry, I'll do my best to help! Can I ask for your help in gathering some get the Android system log with the repro of the crash?

Here's how:

1. Open device settings > System > About Device.

2. Enable Developer Options by tapping the "Build Number" 10 times relatively quickly. *After the first few taps, you should see an Android message that tells you how many more taps until Developer Options are enabled.

3. Open Settings > System > Developer Options.

4. Enable USB debugging.

5. Reproduce the crash.

6. Open Settings > System > Developer Options.

7. Click "Take bug report"

7.1 Tap Report to start the process.

7.2 Wait for the bug report to be prepared (this may take several minutes.)

8. Wait for:

-- An email prompt to be displayed OR

-- A notification of "Bug report captured".

9. Tap the notification and send it to yourself.

10. Save the file to your cloud account then send us the link to it. If possible, save the file to your device and attach it here using the clip icon next to the chat box.
