Outlook failing to run on on Samsung Galaxy A13
Not showing at the moment - just the usual open / uninstall options. Looking at further details shows the version in the play store as 4.2243.1.
Possibly not rolled out to all Play store users yet?
Edit: Asked a collleague at the site where the A13s are (I'm not there today) to try on one of them too - no change; it's not showing the later version as available in the Play store yet (this one is set up unmanaged for testing).

macgd016 To be clear, the new version still crashed for us as well.
The fix appeared to be closing all apps each time we did something in outlook then fully switching off the phone and restarting before doing the next bit. I know it sounds crazy but we fixed 3 phones on the trot using this method that i posted on page 3.
After it working on 3 phones I thought I would share the process, but then as people started to reply we had 2 failures on 2 new phones so at the moment we seem to be back to square 1.
However, for 20 minutes work, try the method I posted earlier, worst case you are no worse off, best case it might fix it until Microsoft get their act together and issue a working release for Samsung A13's and the other phone types mentioned.
