Outlook dual email delivery

I am part of a school that uses Gmail, but we are also part of a larger organization that uses Outlook365. As you can imagine, this has created some difficulties.

I am looking for a way to set up a dual delivery for the Outlook accounts so that the emails also get delivered to the corresponding Gmail account. I know that this is https://support.google.com/a/answer/9228551?hl=en, but I don't know how to do it in Outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions?
