Outlook does not show group e-mails in the left side bar
I have three accounts who are member of a distribution group. All of them receive e-mails sent to the e-mail address of the group. But I cannot see the group (with all of the e-mails sent to it) in the section "Groups" of the left side panel.
Translation of the image:
Groups -> you do not participate to any group

- That section covers only Microsoft 365 Groups, not Distribution groups. In any case, it's best to check via the webmail/OWA - can you see the groups therein?
- AaShantaNyghCopper ContributorI confirm that the group is a Microsoft 365 group. What can I do to display it on the side bar?
- Is it perhaps a Group enabled for Teams? Such Groups are hidden by default, and you have to toggle its visibility via PowerShell. Here's a short article I wrote a while back with more details on this: https://www.michev.info/Blog/Post/2020/hiding-office-365-groups-from-outlook-and-owa
Other than that, make sure that Outlook is running in cached mode, that's a requirement for accessing Groups.
- AaShantaNyghCopper ContributorWith "OWA" do you mean "Outlook web app", the version of Outlook on the web?
- Yes, the webmail.
