Outlook Desktop Text Predictions Not Working for Exchange Accounts

I've updated to Windows 11 and have 4 accounts in my Outlook desktop app. The only account that Text Predictions works on is the Gmail account. The 3 Microsoft Exchange accounts don't do predictive text even though the setting "show text predictions while typing" is turned on! Any ideas?

Myself and a couple of my coworkers also have this problem after updating our Outlook to the latest build version. The Text Prediction setting is missing from all of our File > Options > Mail > Compose Mail settings. Hopefully, there is a solution or a fix soon!
