Outlook Contact Inquiry

Dear Sir/Miss, I would like to seek you help for below concern. I'm stuck on the outlook "Others Contact" (You may refer to attached 3.png) I need to open the contact on my end user outlook but it failed. Please would you let me know how to do that ? I did test to share my contact to my other colleague but it shown "Share Contact" instead
