Outlook.com won't load email body.

When I open outlook.com and open the first message it doesn't load the body.

Steps to repro:

1. navigate to outlook.com

2. login with your outlook.com email address

3. go to inbox

Expected outcome

The email would load

Actual outcome

It doesn't load and a broken email body is presented.

Continuing steps.

4. If I click on the next message it loads

5. I can then click back on the first message and it loads.
