Outlook - cannot add Google G Suite account - javascript disabled?

Hi Philippe_Adrien, 

 

I got the same error message and tried the steps in the KB but still got the same error message.

I also disabled 2-step verification, enabled less secure apps, but still the same error.

Do you have any other suggestions?

      The solution came from google

      The issue is a conflicted username

      The Solution, we changed the google username

      Logged in and tested outlook

      Then changed Google username back to original
