Outlook Calendar syncing from desktop to device

Hi 1st post here

I have outlook on my laptop and have installed it on my iphone 

I've set up meetings in my calendar in my laptop but they don't show when I check my phone, what am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this is linked but whenever I try to change anything in my outlook desktop set up I get this message 

any ideas?
