Hover text above a calendar entry in To-Do Bar doesn't show ampersands (&):

Unfortunately, there is no direct solution to this bug at this time. However, there are a few options for your issues:
- Avoid using ampersands in the hover text for your calendar entries. This is the simplest workaround, and it will prevent the bug from occurring in the first place.
- View the hover text in the Calendar view instead of the To-Do Bar view. To do this, go to Calendar > View and make sure that the To-Do Bar checkbox is not selected.
Report to Microsoft: To report a bug in Outlook, you can do the following:
- Open Outlook.
- Click on "File."
- Click on "Feedback."
